    Dear aspirant,

    There are several IIIT's whose cut offs range from lower to higher and that's why if you would tell me which IIIT are you talking about then i would be able to guide you in a more organized way. So, to get higher iiits like IIIT Hyderabad ,IIIT allahabad you need to score a percentile of 99.8+ and for lower iiits you can get in 94 percentile too.
