If you haven't yet registered for JEE advanced, then nothing can be done in that case since the last date for registration of JEE advanced 2019 was May 9.

The last date for filling the form was Thursday, May 9, 2019 and it closed at 17:00 IST for all the candidates other than those from the state of Odisha for whom the date is extended till Tuesday, May 14, 2019
Unless you are from the state of Odisha,i believe you cannot apply right now
