No need to worry if you had used black ink for thumb impression as black and blue both are allowed for attaching thumb impression on admit card. Just make sure that the thumb impression is clear ,smudge free and you will have no problem .

Hello,
Generally speaking, it is accepted to put the thumb impression, on a white paper with black or blue ink, and then scan and upload, or submit(as required),so no any such problem should arise as thing is that the impression should be clear.

Hi,
I would like to tell you that there isn't any color mentioned in the guidelines of NATA regarding the thumb impression. Only thing is that the impression should be clear and not smudged. So your impression is valid irrespective of black color.
