Mobile phone are allowed in college or not

Hey Huzaif,
Mobile phones are allowed in most of the colleges in India. But as we know mobiles can be used and misused simultaneously, Use of mobiles in the classroom isn't allowed. This is due to various reasons like a distraction, cheating in exams, campus safety and more importantly we shouldn't be technology's slave in a desire to be techno-savvy.
