Hi

In which exam have you got 3 percentile?

Your profile shows that you are engineering aspirant so I am guessing that you have scored 3 percentile in JEE Mains

JEE mains 2020 qualifying CUT OFF is given below for different categories:-

* General :- 90.3765335 percentile

* GEN-EWS :- 70.2435518 percentile

* Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-72.8887969

* Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 50.1760245 percentile

* Scheduled Tribe (ST):- 39.0696101 percentile

So, with 3 percentile you have failed to qualify JEE Mains examination and so can not get admission in any Engineering College on the basis of your percentile obtained by you in JEE Mains
