If you want to give your Class 10 exam in Hindi, you can choose Hindi as your question paper language while filling the exam form. CBSE allows students to take exams in the language they are comfortable with, so it is completely fine if you have difficulty with English. Your school will confirm on your admit card that your question paper will be in Hindi.
