My 10th mark is 70%,12th mark is 81% and graduation mark is around 52%.so will i face any problem for my background for admition in mba clg

Eligibility for MBA With respect to any entrance exam is 50% in Graduation and you're absolutely eligible for that.
Talking about academic, you need to get a very good score in your entrance so that it can be cope with your acads.
I would suggest to focus more on entrance and try to give your level best, so that it doesn't affect your chance of getting in Top B school
