My 10th mark sheet has not been approved ,remarks is need to upload conversion latter with original mark sheet although I already submitted

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.if it is showing the above message that means either you have not submitted the Xerox of the migration certificate and TC and also at the time of verification of documents you have not verified this document also. Or the second case may be they have found some discrepancies in your documents so I would advice you to once again verify your documents at the help centre.
