my 12th compartment exam result will came out on october or in november, can mckvie will take admission in IT branch ?

According to guidelines issued by MCKV Institute of Engineering, following documents are required during admission:

1. Printout of online affidavit/undertaking on anti-ragging.

2. Provisional Admission letter in the name of MCKV Institute of Engineering issue from Reporting Center of WBJEEB. (Original +01 Photocopy)

3. PI Form from the Institute before filling up Institute Online Admission form

4. Rank Card of WBJEEB/JEE MAIN (Original+ 3 Photocopy)

5 . Admit Card WBJEEB/JEE MAIN (Original+1Photocopy)

6. Admit card of Secondary/Higher Secondary or equivalent exam as proof of age (original + 3 self

attested photocopies)

7. Marksheet of Secondary (+10) and HS (+12) (Original+3 self attested Photocopies).

8. Guardian’s address proof (01 photocopy of either Voter ID/Electricity Bill/Aadhar Card : Self attested)

9. Student’s Colour Photograph – 2.8 cm x 3.5 cm (5 copies)

10. Pan Card & Aadhar Card : Student & both Parents ( 01 photocopy Self attested)

11. Parents/Guardian’s passport size photograph for both Mother & Father- 2.8cmx3.5cm(01 copyeach)

12. Affidavit by the student and guardian in Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- (Formatavailable in

this Website)

13. Student Blood Group Report-recent

14. Original copy of Migration/Registration issued from the Universities, where applicable.

15. Passport (01 photocopy) if available. Photocopy of the valid Driving License.(especially for

the Automobile students)

16. Parent’s Income Certificate - for TFW Candidate

If you have cleared entrance exam in B.Tech. in Information Technology, then you can contact authorities to inform them about the same. They might provide you some days to submit the document.
