My 12th per is 55 .And 44percentile in jee main paper 2 .Which architechture college is best for me.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying score or admission cutoff as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time. Based on this percentile your probabale rank is 81,416, This score is not enough to get a seat in NITs. I would suggest you to focus on JEE Main April Session.
