Yes, definitely you can apply for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE)! Below are the Eligibility Criteria for WBJEE:
- You must have passed 12th Exam from West Bengal Board with PCM for B.Tech.
- You must have score 45% in your 12th Exam.
- You must have passed English Subject with 30%.

You have just mentioned that you have got 59.2% maris in CBSE 12th board examination but your overall percentage in 12th board examination is not considered for WB Jee eligibility criteria ,only your aggregate percentage 3 science subject i.e in Physics mathematics and Chemistry / biology /biotechnology /computer science /computer application is considered to check your eligibility.
So, what is your aggregate in these three subject?
WBJEE eligibility criteria says that:-
To be eligible:-
-) You must be either appearing for 12th or should have passed your 12th from a recognised board with at least 45 % or at least 40% in case of reserved category in aggregate of Physics and Maths and any one of the following subjects given below -
*Chemistry
*Biology
*Biotechnology
*Computer Science
*Computer Application
So, if you meet this percentage requirement as per your category then your eligible for WB JEE examination otherwise not.
-) you must have studied and passed English in your 12th board examination and should have got at least 30% marks in it
-) you should be at least 17 years old by 31st December of the year of examination i. e 17 years old by 31st December 2021 in case of WB Jee 2021
-) there is no upper age limit except for Marine Engineering for which upper age limit is 25 years old as on 31st December of the year of examination
-) to be eligible for admission in government college or reserved seats in state aided and self financing college you must be domicile of West Bengal domicile .Non - domicile students can get admission in unreserved seats in state adided and self financing colleges , they cannot get admission in government college
*eligibility to be domicile of West Bengal
-) one should be the permanent residence of West Bengal for at least 10 years as on 31st December of the year of examination i. e 31st December 2021 in case of WB Jee 2021
-) one will be also considered domicile if his or her parents are permanent residents of West Bengal and also have permanent residential address in the state the state of West Bengal

-) there will 2 papers i. e
->Paper I - Mathematics
->Paper II - Physics and Chemistry
-)examination duration will be 4 hours i. e 2 hours for each paper
-) MCQ type question will be there and number of Questions per subject given below:-
->physics - 40 questions
->chemistry - 40 questions
->Maths - 75 questions
