As far as your question is concerned, No you are not eligible to appear for the CAT Exam as your aggregate of marks available at the time of form filling is not meeting the eligibility criteria of 50% percent. So I will advise you to wait till your results of 6 th semester is out and if the aggregate is above 50 percent then apply for the exam either this year or next year considering the timing of your results announcement as well as the CAT registration deadlines.
