Hello, as you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category at this percentile chances of getting CS in any Nit looks not possible. If you have home state quota in North Eastern Nit chances may be there.

In new IIIT like Agartala Manipur,Bhagalpur,Ranchi
May be you get Cs but it depends on cutoff which changes every year.
You have to go till last round of Csab counseling for better results.

Apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission.

Apply for private universities/colleges like Chandigarh University, Lovely Professional University ,Graphic Era, Galgotia University ,Amity University ,Thapar University, JP Noida Engineering college they takes Jee mains marks for admission and are good University for CS branch.

Yes based on your percentile you can get Computer Science Engineering branch in most of the private colleges. If you want to apply for NIT then register for JoSAA counselling as the registration has started on 6th October. But you haven't mentioned your rank, home state, and category. So it is difficult to judge the college for you. But seeing your percentage, you might have a decent rank. But still, cse in a top college like iit and nit is difficult. So try a low level iit or your home state nit. But I'm not sure if you will get there as you didn't mention your rank.
