You are considered a resident of the state from where you pass your 10th and 12th. Also, till 10th or 12th, wherever you complete 7 years of your school education, you are considered a resident of that place or state. So, you are a resident of Andhra Pradesh only. However, there are a few reservations also for the candidates whose parents are permanent residents of any particular state. You need to check the state reservation policies.

You will be the local of the place mentioned in your Aadhaar and other certificates. It does not matter where you have completed your studies. Address verification is always done with what has been mentioned on documents like Aadhaar, Bank accounts, etc.
