Hello Hemanth,

If we cosider the final seat allotment as per 2018 for the IITs on the basis of SC rank, the last seat was filled at an SC rank of 2885. The seat was in IIT ROORKEE having the department as Architecture.

So for 3319 SC rank, getting a seat seems improbable looking at the records.
