You can either go for old iits, compromising the branch

You can go for newly made iits, and get somewhat better branches i.e. civil, mechanical.

You can go for iits, which haven't got their own building(the ones made in 2016), and get the most sought after branches, like CSE.

Each has its own pros and cons, it depends upon u, what do you prefer.
