My AEEE rank is 2050 and jeepercentile is 97.79 .can i get seat in cse in Coimbatore.my home state is Andhrapradesh.

Cutoffs of AEEE 2019 has yet to be prepared. The cutoffs of AEEE 2019 will be prepared on the basis of some factors like
Seat availability in all branches at all three campuses.
Difficulty level of the exam.
Applicants appeared for the exam
Previous year cutoff trends

As far as of the statistics of previous years, in 2017, the last rank intake at Coimbatore in Open Quota Category was 1813 for CSE. In 2016, it was much higher than that to be 7500. Out of all branches in all the three campuses, CSE is the highest prefered branch.
So can't say much about your chances. It is more like a gamble.
