My AIQ rank is 34452.Can i get MD PSM in government college specially in bihar in round 2 counselling?

Hi Nishi,
If you are in of general quata then it will be Hardly get the college but i think in specially bihar it can be cross the 30000 cut off.
And it also depends on the college which are increasing or decreasing the cut off.
I think it will not touch the your rank and next year the cut off is around 15000.
