my air for neet is 94000 & am oec category. can i get an admission in kerala..?

By oec ( other eligible candidates) you mean you belong to either SC or ST category.
So kerala state counseling cut off marks for these two categories in NEET 2020 for govt college was
• SC - Air 120791 and 461 marks and state rank-12513
• ST - Air 212748 and 377 marks and state rank-19272
so at your expected marks you have fair chance to get govt mbbs college in OEC category through kerala state counseling.
