My air is 21803 and 499 marks and general cat.I have not got any college in round 1 of aiq and state counselling,Can I get any in round 2?

Generally this much score is enough to get a government seat under state quota. Don't worry, you would most probably get one in subsequent rounds.
However, getting a seat under All India quota would not be much likely at this score, as you are from general category.
