My AIR is 45900 and I am from Kerala . Will I get admission to Govt. Medical and Dental colleges in Karnataka?

Since you belong to Kerala, you can get a seat in Karnataka only via All India quota. But getting a seat in all India quota would not be possible at this rank, if you belong to general category.
However, you may get a seat in your home state in state quota.
