My AIR rank in jeemains paper2 is 26543 and obc rank is 8734 i am belongs to telangana can i get any govt. Colleges or nits in special round

Sorry to say that you cannot get nits as the cutoff is way too high ie below 6000 crl  so don't worry try nata or state colleges which accept JEE main score paper 2.

As you have mentioned that your jee mains paper 2 rank is 26543 and your obc category rank is 8734 which is somewhat high for you to fetch a seat for IIT and NITs.. Moreover, you hold the Domicile of Telangana, so have some decent chances of getting for IIITs and GFITs and very less chances to get into NITs, but the lower NITs...
See, the special round is held to fill the vacant seats in the different NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFITs and its cutoff goes somewhat higher (rank wise), so the candidates with high rank also get opportunity to get into different institutes..  So, maybe you get a seat in special round as you have some chances to get a seat through home state quota seats....
