my all india CRL rank is 348086 and all india sc category rank 23336 ,which rank will consider for JoSAA rank list?

Your SC category rank will be considered to allot the seat.
Based on your rank you have less chances to get a seat in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs. If you want you can try to take admission in private colleges. Below is the list of colleges you can check
