As you have mentioned that your general rank for BArch in DTE is 112 but do not have Maharashtra as your home domicile. Considering all the chances and possibilities for your admission, you have good chance of procuring a seat for BArch by this rank as it is really a good rank.
You can procure a seat in most of the colleges.
