Colleges under are autonomous they are not like some govt aided institution and as per your rank you dnt stand a chance if getting into a national law university though you can apply to colleges like UPES and narsee monjee but these are private institutes. Now all other institution they conduct there own test CET for admission for this they are already doen with this process. Depending from which place you are from you can apply to state universities or as another option you can do graduation in Ba or Bba or in other course and then do llb 3 year course from DU or from any other good institution and this can be done from a govt institute.
