My all India rank is 130025 and obc rank 38564.my home state is ap. Can i get seat in nit or not

Unfortunately it doesn't look good to be true but should try as the home state quota might save you in the special round as the cutoff go down heavy in that and the chances will increase but I won't say much about the branch there is just no certainty as to what you may get out of it.
