My all india rank is 430 in maharastra cet mba. What are my chances of getting PUMBA ?

Since you haven't mentioned your category I am assuming it to be general category. Based on this and your rank, I think there are decent chances for you to get PUMBA based on previous year records. Last year's cutoff for PUMBA was around 480 rank so, it makes you kind of a border line case as cutoffs vary each year. So you have 50-50% chance to get PUMBA, hope for the best.
