Dear Pragati, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless under All India Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 552 with a rank of 7043
SC: 454 with a rank of 42185
ST: 446 with a rank of 46434
So with a rank of 7046, it is a close call for you.
