my annual session is 2015 on marksheet and result date is jan 2016, what will the my year of passing, which i need to fill in my ssc form

As you got result in January 2016 , your year of passing will be considered 2016 but you must enter the year of passing which is written on your class x mark sheet .
After getting mark sheet , the candidate is considered or declared as Pass .
So the year of result will be the year of passing.
