My application form for jee mains is done in Hindi medium but I don't understand physics and maths in Hindi language.

As you can not do anything now.
And there may be English translation also.
But not sure.
Because it is a online test and candidates who choose English will get questions paper in English only.
So better to be prepared yourself and have a mind set that the exam will be in hindi.
And if it came in English also it will be good.
