Yes, you can apply for DU JAT 2019 if you passed your 12th board exams in 2018 but you should have scored a minimum of 60% marks (best four). Weightage would be as follows: 65%- JAT score and 35%- Class 12 percentage. A cumulative score would be used to rank the students.
