Hello aspirant,
You should have mentioned your score and All India Rank rather than your category rank. The cutoff of government colleges for the students of your category remains less. If you have a score of 400+ then you have good chance of getting a seat in government college. If we consider last year cutoff then i am listing the colleges having cutoff:
Madras Medical College- 499 marks
Stanley medical college - 440 marks
Madurai Medical college - 428 marks
Thanjavur Medical college - 404 marks
Kanyakumari Government medical college - 377 marks
