My bday is1/1/2003 do i have the minimum age

The minimum age limit of Candidates who are applying for NEET must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020. NEET 2020 eligibility criteria clearly specifies that a student must have completed 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31, 2020. So, you are eligible.

For the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET 2020), the eligibility criteria states that the applying candidate should be at least 17 years old on or before the  31st of December, 2020. As you are born on the 1st o January, 2003, you will be 17 years old on the first of January, 2020. So, you are eligible.
