My best mark in 2019 exam is 368 and I belong to Andhra Pradesh. SC candidate.can I get medical seat

You won't be able to get MBBS.The cut off for MBBS colleges in Andhra is more 400 for SC candidates.Even the cut off of BDS and private colleges is high .You have scored a little low.
You can try for other medical courses like BHMS,BUMS,BAMS ,biotechnology,biomedical or pharmacy,pathology etc if you are interested in medical stream.If you wish you can try for next year also.
