My birthplace is UP...but i've completed my 12th from kerala...(cbse board)...i belong to obc category...which state quota can i apply?
Please check below information -
Eligible for Kerala as 'Non Keralite Category I' if -
- Parents are GOI/Defence Personnel posted to Kerala
or
- Parents are employees of Gov of Kerala for minimum 2 years
or
- Has stayed in Kerala for 5 years before completing Class 12
or
- Has studied in Kerala from Class VIII to XII
Eligible for UP if you satisfy one of these -
- Indian citizen whose father’s resident/origin is Uttar Pradesh state and himself/herself is a resident of the state.
or
- Indian citizen or his/her parent/s are a resident of Uttar Pradesh state for not less than three years.
or
- Indian citizen who is a child/ward of an Indian Government employee.
or
- Indian citizen who is residing in a foreign country but his/her forefathers were residents of the state of Uttar Pradesh.
