My branch is electronics and computer engineering and it is not equivalent to ece or electronics. Unable to apply for isro, they disqualify.

Sorry to hear that.
I would suggest, if you have applied for GATE 2018 and score well, why not try for a job at the PSUs. There are a number of them like Power Grid, ECIL, BBNL, and even Cabinet Secretariat, Govt. of India that hire on the basis of GATE score.
