My bro h@s pssd 12 in2018 nd given jee mains along with it bt did't qualify nxt year he tried again bt again got fail.can he give it again ?

Yes, He can give it again dont worry about that. As this one is his second attempt he can go for 1 more time. According to NTA this year JEE Mains has conducted 2 papers 1st in January and 2nd in April and according to JEE he can give the JEE Mains paper 3 times.
