The chances will depend on the category that your brother belongs to. For general and BC-A, B, C, D categories there are almost no chances unless you have sports, NCC or physically handicapped. But for BC-E and SC, ST categories there will be fair chances to get into these colleges. Gayatri is highly competitive than SRKR. So try for SRKR until the final rounds. There might be chances.
