My brother had failed in Physics in CBSE Class 12 exam but overall declared PASS. He had decided to appear in Compartmental Exam but what happens if he fails in that too? Will it affect him in future?

Yes, definately it will affect his future. If he fails he may have to go for improvement and devotee time for improvement exam. He may suffer during his competition for getting into university . Even if he get into any good university during placement he may have to suffer. Many of private company does not allow students with year gap. And may will filter our auch students through required percentage in career. So, best is to be content among yourself and perform well in exam you are sitting.
