BC-E can be either considered as OBC ( if your category comes under the central OBC list, which is different for different states). If not you'll be considered as a General category candidate.

You can check that by visiting the given below link :

If you are a General category applicant, you'll need at least 50 percentile (340 marks) to be eligible for medical counselling, and if OBC you need at least 40 percentile (295 marks).
