My caste is SC.What is minimum percentile on which I can appear for JEE advanced?

as all  know NTA doesn't declared anything yet about cutoff.

so at this time it is very difficult to say about the cutoff. especially category wise.

you can go through the given link to know your rank and chech whether  your common rank list is under 111275 or your SC rank is under 34425 or not.

a general prediction about cutoff is 85 percentile or more.

yes,there will be reservation for SC candidates.but the qualifying percentile will vary with different years.you should score atleast 20-30% marks to get qualified through jee mains.as i said already the cutoff and opening&closing rank will be changes with years.i hope the given link will help you to get the details of cut-off (jee advanced),
