My caste is Teli (OBC-Categery) in Maharastra State , can my caste is regesterd as OBC in Central Caste List ?

Yes teli comes under the central list.
Even I am teli but from Bihar and I got my OBC certificate. For getting information you can visit the website of Central Government OBC list.
Generally all the people under teli comes in Central list,
But you can search in Central Government website.
