My catogery is bc in upsee , then why they are giving me college by my open rank?

According to the information that you have provided i want to tel you that in all sort of counselling nowadays there is one thing been followed to make the procedure more fluent they are are allocating seats in colleges according to your open rank. It doesn't means that your quota is not being incorporated, it is. They just change the range for student other than general in the open rank itself. That is actually what is happening here. For bc students it may start from 4000 if for general it is opening about 1500 to take as a example.
