    Hello Ekta,

    All you have to do to change your CGPA to a percentage is multiply it by 9.5. For classes IX and X, the CBSE's official website provides this formula. If you have a 7 CGPA, for instance, the comparable percentage is 7*9.5, or 66.5 percent.
