My CLAT score is 72.25 / 120 (OBC - TN), 12th board percentage is 87.25 (excluding eng and tamil), is there any chances for me to get into SASTRA Law School's BA LLB programme?

Yes, based on ypur CLAT and Class 12 scores, there is a reasonable chance for you to get into SASTRA Law School for the BA LLB course. However, it will entirely depend on the CLAT exam difficulty level and the college cutoff.
