It depends on your rank if you have a rank in the range of 400-600 then you have a chance of MNLU otherwise chances are bleak for MNLU. If your rank is in the range of 2000-3000 you may get into NLU Assam, TNLU, DSNLU Vizag or the new entrant NLU Jabalpur.
