CML rank means common merit list means it is your all jharkhand rank so the chances of getting BAU ( Birsa Agricultural University), Ranchi are good and you may get it till the last round also. On the other hand I would like to suggest you to please do not stick on one thing only rather please rummage around and explore other things also.
