Based on your rank of CMR 5780 and OBC category rank 1678, it may not be possible to get a seat in NIFT in fashion communication as last year the last rank admitted in OBC category for fashion communication was 4647 in NIFT srinagar.
You may try applying for 2nd round counselling.
