my common merit rank is 1175 and merit rank for category obc (nc) is 299. Am I qualified for bftech? If so which campus may I get?

Congratulations on your success.Yes you are qualified for BFTech. Though the authorities have not published any official cut off lists yet but according to previous years data you have high chances of getting a seat at NIFT Bangalore, NIFT Mumbai, NIFT Kangra , NIFT Hyderabad , NIFT Kolkata, NIFT new Delhi and NIFT Kannur with your category rank.
