My confidence levels are zero how can I increase my confidence levels and how can I concentrate on my studies

Hi Bhanu,
Confidence is an easy battle to win if only you would know where to begin with and it's simple. You have to manipulate your mind to think you already have it. Fake it until you make it is cliche, I agree but it works. So don't think much about it . Focus on the task on your hand. Study hard.
